Continuous Improvement Engineer

A company is looking for a Continuous Improvement Engineer to identify and implement improvement initiatives across various departments.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and facilitate continuous improvement projects and Gemba Walks

Apply Lean-based strategies and manage CI projects using DMAIC methodology

Monitor process performance and develop stakeholder relationships

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

Three or more years of process improvement experience or equivalent education and experience

Project-Certified Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma or proven equivalent experience

AGILE certification preferred, along with knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools

Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office suite and ability to present complex topics effectively
