Amazon Robotics Technician

Join our growing team as a Amazon Robotics Technician to work collaboratively across teams and departments, follow safety procedures and company policies, and gain knowledge of company offerings to better serve clients. Other duties include adapt to shifting priorities and business needs, provide excellent service to customers and team members, manage daily responsibilities with a focus on quality and efficiency, coordinate tasks to ensure deadlines are met, support the preparation and delivery of goods or services, along with maintain accurate records and documentation, assist with processing returns and exchanges, respond promptly to inquiries and resolve basic issues, assist with organizing, stocking, and general upkeep. To excel in this position, you should have a willingness to learn and adapt, good communication skills, reliability and strong work ethic, basic computer literacy, a positive and cooperative attitude, and the ability to follow directions.
