Job descriptionManage and mentor a team of 3-4 professionals across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll functions. Oversee treasury-related transactional accounting, ensuring timely and accurate processing of cash flows and financial data. Maintain integrity and accuracy of financial records, reconciliations, and reporting within treasury operations. Identify and implement process improvements to optimize cash management and operational efficiency. Partner with the Controller to align treasury activities with broader financial strategies and support organizational growth. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 5+ years of accounting experience. Strong knowledge of GAAP. Proficiency in Excel with strong analytical skills. Leadership experience with the ability to mentor and develop a team.

Salary : $90,000 - $110,000
