Technical Project Manager

What you'll do :

• Manage and support phone systems across 20–30 hosted / VoIP call centers (8x8), including building out new systems and coordinating with the vendor on deployments and circuit needs.
• Handle telecom expense management, ensuring all telecom costs are coded and allocated correctly through Tango.
• Assist with operational changes, supporting other telecom analysts with moves, mergers, and acquisition-related telecom transitions.

Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.

The expected range for this role is $40-45hr. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
