Senior Software Development Manager

A company is looking for a Software Development Senior Manager to lead an engineering team in cloud networking and storage solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a high-performance engineering team specializing in networking and / or storage solutions

Oversee the full lifecycle of cloud networking and / or storage services from architecture to continuous improvement

Champion a culture of process improvement, automation, and sustainable service scaling

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in software or infrastructure engineering, with a focus on networking and storage technologies

2+ years of experience delivering and maintaining large-scale, highly available distributed systems

5+ years of experience managing and developing engineering teams

BS / MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field

Demonstrated expertise in cloud architecture and distributed systems
