Job Summary :

CORE Advisory Partners LLC and its affiliate Sahara Investment Group LLC have three business verticals :

• CORE Advisory Partners LLC is a licensed commercial mortgage broker with the State of Nevada Mortgage Division
• Additionally, CORE is an outsourced finance strategy team for six well known Nevada-based companies
• Sahara Investment Group is a fund manager which is currently raising its first fund, Sahara Investment Fund I, LP, a real estate debt fund focused on lending in Nevada
