The Senior Project Manager position includes regular travel to project sites and our Orange County office.

Essential Responsibilities

• Manage all facets of multiple, concurrent commercial construction projects from inception through to the completion of construction.
• Interface with Hughes Marino clients and brokers on new project requirements.
• Assist in the review of Leases and Work Letters as it pertains to construction related items.
• Day-to-day involvement in directly managing multiple ongoing complex construction projects.
• Manage up to two internal project managers / project engineers in support of ongoing projects.
• Develop initial project budgets and schedules for multiple types of projects of different sizes and complexity.
• Manage project progress against approved budgets, timelines and client directed goals.
• Assemble, manage and coordinate project teams required to complete projects. This typically includes the entire design team, general contractor, furniture vendor and other client vendors.
• Managing change order, invoicing, tenant improvement allowance reimbursement and project close-out processes.
• Actual compensation within $150,000 – $190,000 range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience and qualifications. This range includes base salary only and is not reflective of a total compensation package. The range is a good faith estimate and Hughes Marino reserves the right to make adjustments based on candidate's work experience, location and skills.
