Payroll Specialist

A company is looking for a Payroll Specialist to ensure accurate payroll processing and support employee benefits administration.

Key Responsibilities :

Process semi-monthly payroll for U.S. and global employees

Manage benefits enrollment and compliance with payroll tax regulations

Generate payroll and benefits reports for compliance and auditing purposes

Required Qualifications :

5+ years of payroll and benefits experience, preferably in a high-tech environment

Proficiency in payroll systems and benefits administration

In-depth knowledge of U.S. and global payroll laws

Experience with payroll software such as BambooHR or ADP

Previous experience in companies with 200-500 employees
