Role Responsibilities of the Human Resources Generalist :
Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and managers
Assist with recruiting efforts, new hire onboarding, and orientation activities
Administer benefits and maintain accurate HRIS data and personnel files

What You'll Need as the Human Resources Generalist :
2-4 years of hands-on HR or related experience
Strong understanding of HR practices, policies, and employment law
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS systems preferred
Bilingual in English / Spanish is a plus
