We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead our human resources functions and play a key role in shaping our workforce strategy.
About the Role
We are seeking a high-energy HR leader with 8-12 years of experience to oversee and execute HR strategies, policies, and programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both HR management and recruiting, with the ability to lead across multiple HR functions. The HR Manager will serve as a key business partner, supporting employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, and compliance while ensuring an engaging and productive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Strategic HR Leadership : Develop and implement HR policies, initiatives, and best practices that align with business objectives.
- Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning : Lead full-cycle recruiting strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Employee Relations & Engagement : Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, handling employee concerns, investigations, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- HR Operations & Compliance : Ensure company policies comply with federal, state, and local labor laws. Maintain HR records and oversee HR-related audits.
- Performance Management : Support leadership in conducting performance reviews, coaching, and professional development plans.
- Compensation & Benefits Administration : Oversee payroll, benefits, and compensation strategies, working closely with finance and external vendors.
- HRIS & Payroll Systems : Utilize ADP for payroll, HR analytics, and workforce management to improve HR efficiency.
- Training & Development : Drive initiatives that support employee growth, leadership training, and succession planning.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (HR certifications like PHR or SHRM-CP a plus!).

Manufacturing or technology industry experience is a plus but not required.
