About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to lead the design, delivery, and evolution of scalable enterprise software solutions. You will translate business goals and customer needs into modern architecture frameworks, ensuring consistency, performance, and long-term maintainability across mobile, web, and cloud systemsprimarily leveraging Azure and microservice-based architectures .

This role requires close collaboration with product, delivery, and engineering teams across multiple time zones to ensure that solutions are aligned with business vision, cost-effective, secure, scalable, and easy to evolve.

What Youll Do

Define and own the technical vision and architecture for one or more solution streams

Design end-to-end systems (web, mobile, APIs, integrations, data flows) and document component interactions

Drive architecture runway activities, including prototyping, PoCs, and technology evaluations

Translate product requirements into architectural stories and technical enablers in partnership with Product Owners and Engineering Leads

Participate in Agile ceremonies (Scrum of Scrums, Program Planning, Solution Demos) to guide design and unblock teams

Mentor engineering teams on architectural standards, coding best practices, and design principles

Continuously evolve architecture based on feedback, changing business needs, and emerging technologies

Identify risks and lead trade-off discussions around performance, security, scalability, and cost

What You Bring

810 years of experience as a Solutions Architect designing enterprise-scale systems

68 years of hands-on software engineering experience

Expertise with multi-tier architecture, SOA, REST / SOAP APIs, microservices, and integration patterns

Strong experience with Azure (IaaS & PaaS), serverless, event-driven design, and cloud-native patterns

Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or similar container orchestration technologies

Solid knowledge across key architecture domains : data, application, integration, information, and security

Ability to make clear technical decisions in ambiguous situations and communicate trade-offs effectively

Strong communication skills, comfortable interfacing with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Self-driven and skilled at working across multiple Agile teams

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Adobe Marketing Cloud

Background in mobile application architecture

Domain expertise in retail, fintech, or e-commerce
