Director Of Demand Generation

We are seeking an experienced, data-driven Director of Demand Generation to lead our marketing efforts focused exclusively on generating qualified pipelines and accelerating revenue growth. This role is ideal for a strategic yet hands-on marketing leader who thrives on measurable impact, sales alignment, and full-funnel performance. As the Director of Demand Generation, you will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of all demand programsspanning inbound and outbound marketing, digital channels, paid media, and marketing automation. You'll partner closely with Sales, Revenue Operations, and Product Management to deliver predictable, scalable demand that fuels our growth engine.

This position offers a hybrid work schedule, with an on-site presence TuesdayThursday combining flexibility with team collaboration.

What We Are Looking For :

  • Own the demand generation strategy and execution across global markets to deliver consistent, qualified pipeline that meets or exceeds quarterly revenue targets.
  • Design, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (email, digital, paid social, search, webinars, ABM, events) that attract, engage, and convert target audiences.
  • Partner with Sales and RevOps to define lead scoring, funnel metrics, and performance KPIs that ensure marketing programs directly impact pipeline velocity and conversion.
  • Leverage data and analytics to track campaign performance, ROI, and attributionproviding actionable insights that improve spend efficiency and conversion rates.
  • Own the marketing automation and lead management process, ensuring seamless lead flow, nurture programs, and CRM alignment with Salesforce / HubSpot / Marketo (or similar tools).
  • Develop and manage the demand generation budget with accountability for cost per lead, cost per opportunity, and overall marketing ROI.
  • Build compelling value propositions, messaging, and assets that drive engagement at every stage of the funnel.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team of digital marketers, fostering a culture of testing, optimization, and performance excellence.
  • Continuously experiment with new channels, technologies, and creative tactics to expand reach and improve conversion across the buyer journey.
  • Deliver clear, data-driven insights to senior leadership on pipeline performance, campaign ROI, and strategic opportunities to accelerate growth and optimize marketing investment.

What You Will Bring :

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field (MBA a plus).
  • 8 years of progressive marketing experience, with a minimum of 5 years leading demand generation or performance marketing in a B2B environment.
  • Proven track record of owning pipeline targets and delivering measurable revenue results in partnership with Sales.
  • Deep expertise in digital acquisition, marketing automation, lead nurturing, and funnel optimization.
  • Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in CRM and marketing tech stacks (Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Experience designing and managing multi-channel demand programsincluding paid digital, webinars, and field events.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to align cross-functional stakeholders and inspire teams.
  • Strategic and proactive thinker with a sense of urgency action, data, and results.
