Desired Skills and Experience
Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred (or currently in progress).
Paralegal certificate preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of paralegal experience, ideally in Civil Litigation.
Experience with PAGA, wage & hour, and class action matters is a plus.
Proficient in federal and state court procedures and electronic filing systems (e.g., CM / ECF).
Strong understanding of federal laws, rules, and regulations.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office Suite.
High level of discretion and professionalism.
