Executive Assistant
Regional Management supports the Regional Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Regional Chief Operating Officer (COO) in managing the matrix operations in the Region with a focus on ensuring the Business divisions and infrastructure functions maintain an effective control environment. This includes ensuring that proper governance is in place and adhered to, regional input for Global processes and initiatives is considered and regional strategic plans are delivered. To that end, you will provide administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer of the Americas. You will have exposure to senior stakeholders across all Business Divisions and Infrastructure functions. You will also work with Management Board members and Supervisory Board members.

Work with the Conference & Events team to arrange and oversee key regional or client events hosted by the CEO, ensuring seamless delivery
Management of staff milestone Anniversary letters from the CEO
Travel booking, expense reimbursement, processing purchase orders, invoices, Donations, Memberships and Sponsorships (DMS)
Approving floor access and coordination of executive suite space with concierge team
Coordinate across Regional Administrative Assistants to ensure proper administrative support of visiting Management Board members and cover other visiting Management Board and Supervisory Board members as needed
Relevant experience as an Administrative Assistant supporting senior executives
Experience in organizing executive meetings and events
Good understanding of Deutsche Bank's policies, systems and tools for booking travel, processing invoices and expenses, processing Document Management System (DMS) requests
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Highest degree of personal integrity and discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
Demonstrated team player with excellent organizational skills and ability to anticipate needs
Ability to handle ad hoc tasks and address spontaneous issues promptly

The salary range for this position in New York City is $65,000 to $94,250. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
