Your role as a Vice President of Marketing

As the Vice President of Marketing at Zeal Credit Union, you will lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our organizational goals and mission. Your focus will be on enhancing brand awareness, member engagement, and driving growth through diverse marketing channels. You will develop enterprise brand equity, membership expansion, and innovative product growth strategies while ensuring they are in sync with our strategic objectives.

Regular analysis of marketing campaign performance using key performance indicators like ROI, conversion rates, and engagement metrics will be essential. You will also direct the organization's website and social media strategy, ensuring a vibrant online presence that fosters brand building and member engagement. By understanding customer journey maps and leveraging thorough project management expertise, you'll formulate a cohesive business intelligence strategy that empowers data-driven decisions, paving the way for strategic success across the credit union.

To thrive as the Vice President of Marketing at Zeal Credit Union, you will need a robust skill set and extensive experience. A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, coupled with at least 10 years of experience, is essential. Your proven track record in developing and implementing strategic marketing plans will demonstrate your ability to drive growth beyond average expectations.

Hands-on expertise in branding, project management, product development, and both digital and traditional marketing is crucial. You should be an effective division leader with experience in personnel management, budget development, and bottom-line performance. As a strategic thinker, you will possess the ability to craft innovative strategies while executing tactical decisions promptly.

Your capacity to navigate a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines will be vital. Additionally, your ability to inspire others, build effective teams, and communicate effectively will ensure success in this dynamic and member-focused role.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are :

• 10+ years of experience
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
• Experience in developing and implementing strategic marketing plans with strong evidence of growth over average.
• Hands-on experience with branding, project management, product development, digital and traditional marketing, printing and production.
• Experience as a division leader, having responsibility for planning, personnel management, budget development and bottom-line performance.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to build innovative strategies combined with tactical ability to execute.
• Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in an environment of multiple and shifting priorities, high urgency, and tight deadlines. Ability to analyze, decide, and act quickly.
• Demonstrated ability to inspire others and build effective teams, as well as being a strategic thinker and an excellent communicator
