A company is looking for a Project Coordinator to provide administrative and logistical support for a federal government contract.
Key Responsibilities
Provide full-time administrative and logistical support for project teams and stakeholders
Schedule and coordinate team meetings, ensuring appropriate attendance and follow-ups
Maintain action item logs and support project plans, schedules, and documentation management
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
4+ years of experience in project coordination or program administration
Experience in federal government contracting environments, preferably in healthcare programs
Proficiency with Jira and Confluence for project tracking and documentation
Strong experience using Google Workspace tools for collaboration and documentation
