Job description

A company is looking for a Business Development Manager - Referral Sources in the West Region.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain partnerships with referral sources to drive awareness and adoption of solutions

Identify new referral opportunities and build business pipelines to increase patient access and sales growth

Collaborate with clinical teams to provide education and support to referral networks

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, or related field preferred; clinical background is a plus

3-5+ years of experience in business development, physician liaison, or healthcare sales

Strong understanding of referral dynamics in healthcare settings

Demonstrated ability to build trust and manage long-term professional relationships

Located in NV or CA required, near an airport preferred
