Greene Resources is seeking a Microsoft Certified Accessibility Consultant to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description

• Evaluate employees current workflows and technology usage to identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop and implement personalized transition plans for recommended tools and solutions.
• Provide hands-on training, configuration, and one-on-one coaching to ensure successful adoption.
• Partner with internal IT staff to document processes and strengthen in-house expertise.
• Recommend best practices to support sustainable digital workplace accommodations.
• Troubleshoot and adjust tool configurations to enhance accessibility, efficiency, and productivity.
