About the Role

The Session Replay product is rapidly evolving at Mixpanel, enhancing customer visibility into user behavior by allowing them to witness real interactions with their products. As a skilled Full Stack Engineer on our team, you will collaborate closely with experts across engineering, product management, design, and market partners to innovate quickly and explore the full potential of behavioral analytics.

In this dynamic, fast-paced environment, your contributions will have a direct impact on thousands of customers and millions of users.

Your Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy customer-facing web application features for the Session Replay product.
• Develop performant backend services and intuitive frontend components.
• Work alongside Product, Design, and marketing teams to define and deliver top-quality solutions.
• Lead projects from concept through to launch, ensuring effective monitoring and follow-up.
• Balance business impact with technical excellence.
• Evaluate trade-offs between product scope, speed, and maintainability.
• (Bonus) Engage with application deployment, observability, and strategies for production readiness.

Our compensation package comprises a total target cash compensation (TTCC) that is competitive within the industry, along with equity considerations and a range of benefits. The salary range for this position is $229,500 - $280,500 USD.
