Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls related to eligibility, benefits, claims, and authorization of services
Resolve customer administrative concerns and assist in mentoring and training new staff
Document customer interactions and ensure follow-up to meet member or provider needs
Required Qualifications
Education Level : GED or High School diploma
No prior experience required
Field Experience : Customer Service
Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
Flexible scheduling and comfortable with change in a customer service environment
