Base pay range

$80,000.00 / yr - $90,000.00 / yr

NextStep Recruiting is partnering exclusively with a leading, global IT solutions provider to identify a Sr. HR Analyst for their Dallas-based HR team. This is a high-visibility replacement role where the right person will step into a critical position supporting HR operations and employee services. Our client is committed to moving quickly and plans to hire after one successful interview.

This opportunity is best suited for an up-and-coming HR professional (3–5 years of experience) who is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and eager to grow into a career path focused on HR operations and Workday enhancements.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for employees, fielding inquiries on policies, procedures, and HR programs with professionalism, empathy, and confidentiality
• Partner with internal managers to ensure payroll timesheet approvals, commission approvals, and related workflows are completed (including follow-up as needed)
• Collaborate with Compliance on labor law updates and communicate changes effectively across the organization
• Manage a third-party vendor that oversees immigration paperwork, ensuring accuracy and timely renewals
• Provide reporting and analysis through Workday and Excel, running VLOOKUPs daily to ensure data accuracy and integrity
• Support HRIS users with technical troubleshooting and system guidance
• Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes, recommending workflow and system enhancements
• Handle employee life cycle data, onboarding, HR documentation, and recordkeeping with precision and confidentiality
