The Role

BoldVoice is entering its next stage of hypergrowth, and we're hiring a Growth Lead to own and scale our acquisition engine across paid, organic, and PLG. This is a high-impact, leadership-level role for someone who can think strategically, operate independently, and execute quickly. You'll partner directly with the CEO and drive the growth roadmap end-to-end, from creative strategy to channel performance to experimentation across the funnel.

• Lead strategy and execution across all major growth channels, with a focus on scaling performance efficiently.
• Architect and optimize acquisition funnels, testing roadmaps, and channel expansions.
• Stand up new paid and organic channels that can unlock step-change growth.
