POSITION DESCRIPTION

The Program Manager – Piles / Manufacturing Operations plays a pivotal role in ensuring end-to-end coordination of manufacturing activities across Unimacts’ global production network. This role bridges operations between the Conroe, TX facility and India-based manufacturing teams , ensuring seamless execution, on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction.

Acting as the single point of contact (SPOC) for assigned customers and programs, this individual drives production planning, manages ERP execution, and maintains alignment between domestic and international operations. The Program Manager also supports the Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) process, ensuring Unimacts’ commitments are met with precision, efficiency, and excellence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Global Manufacturing Coordination

• Coordinate and oversee production activities across Conroe and India manufacturing operations.
• Track weekly production progress, identify risks, and drive corrective actions to meet delivery schedules.
• Collaborate with sourcing, quality, and logistics teams to ensure alignment on material flow and delivery timelines.
