Job description

We need following candidate :

Title :

Senior Business Analyst

Duration : 12+ Months

Remote Work :

(occasional on-site in Lakewood, CO)

  • Public Trust Clearance Required

Business Analyst Senior Remote (occasional on-site in Lakewood, CO within 50 miles of Denver Federal Center, Building 48).

Years of Experience :

6 9 years

Education & Preferred Certifications :

Bachelor s in Business, IT, or related field. CBAP or PMI-PBA certification preferred.

Position Overview :

Leads the documentation and analysis of HRD processes and business needs. Acts as the liaison between users, developers, and testers to ensure successful implementation.

Responsibilities :

  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops and requirements sessions.
  • Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
  • Support UAT and ensure solutions align with business needs.

    • Skills & Qualifications :

  • Excellent documentation and facilitation skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks and requirements management.
  • Understanding of HR applications and federal business processes.
