Operations Data Analyst

Hi, Position : Information Systems Analyst Operations Location : Commerce, California (Hybrid) Duration : 6+ Months (Contract To Hire) Interview Mode : Video VISA : , TN Key Responsibilities : Serve as the subject matter expert for Infor CloudSuite in operations (e.g., manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, procurement). Collaborate with business users to gather requirements, identify system improvements, and translate business needs into technical solutions. Configure, test, and implement enhancements, modules, and integrations within the Infor environment. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Infor system functionality, data integrity, and performance. Support ongoing system maintenance, upgrades, and patch deployments. Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and user training. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, IT, Production, and Supply Chain to ensure system alignment with business goals. Generate and maintain operational reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making. Assist in managing relationships with Infor support and third-party vendors. Required Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field 5+ years of experience working with Infor ERP systems CloudSuite Industrial in an analyst or functional role. Solid understanding of operational workflows (manufacturing, warehousing, procurement, logistics, etc.). Experience with system configuration, business process mapping, and troubleshooting. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills. Familiarity with integration between Infor and third-party applications. Project management or ERP implementation experience. Excellent English verbal and written communication skills. Spanish communication skills is a plus. Familiarity with lean or Six Sigma operational practices.
