JOB SUMMARY

We're seeking a highly innovative Customer Experience Performance Marketing Manager to drive digital acquisition and retention strategies for the GBSG Customer Experience Growth & Retention team. This role is pivotal in utilizing our ecosystem of products and services to enhance customer experience and foster business growth. The ideal candidate will spearhead the creation and optimization of digital marketing experiences, collaborate extensively across functions, and utilize data-driven insights to influence product / service directions and achieve performance targets.

OB REQUIREMENTS :

Execute and plan digital acquisition and retention strategies for both mobile and web platforms.

Measure and report on the performance of digital campaigns, analyzing their effectiveness.

Leverage analytical skills to evaluate customer experiences and optimize campaign performance.

Partner with cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization to innovate and test new customer experiences.

Proactively manage project workflows and communications, ensuring timely progress and addressing potential roadblocks.

Must have Skills

Proven experience in Marketing, Product Marketing, or Customer Success.

Strong analytical abilities and experience with A / B testing.

Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Industry Experience Required :

Ideally have a background in SaaS, Self-Help, or CRM environments, with experience in creating in-product and online experiences.
