A growing real estate business with both property management and rental operations is seeking a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant. The role includes office-based responsibilities from 10 : 00 AM-3 : 00 PM-tenant communication, accounts receivable, lease documentation, and general administrative tasks-followed by field work after 3 : 00 PM, including apartment showings, lease signings, rent collection, and photo documentation within a 2-mile radius of Williamsburg / Crown Heights. Ideal for someone detail-oriented, organized, and customer-focused. Property management or leasing experience is preferred, but training is provided.
