The pay rate for this role is $31.25 - $36.06 / hour and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.
Job Responsibilities
The Residential Administrator is responsible for supporting the daily operations and administrative functions of the Waldorf Astoria Residences New York. This role provides comprehensive assistance to the Residential Leadership Team to ensure the seamless management of the property and the delivery of exceptional resident experiences. In addition to administrative duties, the Residential Administrator will serve as the receptionist and first point of contact for the management office, greeting residents, guests, and vendors with professionalism, poise, and warmth. The ideal candidate demonstrates exceptional organizational skills, polished communication, and a commitment to upholding the Waldorf Astoria's legacy of refined service and luxury living. We are seeking a Residential Administrator who is passionate about providing polished, professional, and anticipatory support in a luxury residential environment. The ideal candidate thrives in an administrative setting that demands accuracy, discretion, and high attention to detail. With a refined sense of service and a collaborative approach, you will ensure the Residential Office operates seamlessly while enhancing the resident experience through efficiency, communication, and genuine care.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-touch environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional, polished demeanor.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); experience with Yardi or BuildingLink is preferred.
Previous experience in a luxury residential, hospitality, or property management setting strongly preferred.
A proactive and detail-oriented approach, with the ability to anticipate needs and resolve issues independently.
Demonstrated commitment to confidentiality, professionalism, and the Waldorf Astoria's standards of excellence.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays, as required by business needs.
