Land Surveying Party Chief

General Responsibilities :

• Accurately calculate and record field data Reviews job specifications and plans field work methods and costs Operate survey instruments, manual and power tools to obtain data Locate and identify property corners Stake and measures control points Prepare and maintain inventory of equipment and materials              Required Education / Licenses : HS Graduate or GED Driver’s license is required (Good driving record)               Required Experience : 5+ years extensive field and survey experience in boundary, topographic and construction surveying Strong communication skills Ability to build strong relationships with clients                 Physical Requirements : Occasional lifting / carrying a minimum of 25 lbs. and up to 50 lbs.
