Well-known personal care product company based in Manhattan. This role is 3-4 days per week in office, and offers a chance for someone with 1+ year of AP experience a chance to work in a collaborative department at a stable retail company.

Job Description

This role will involve you to :

• Review and process vendor invoices in NetSuite, ensuring accuracy and proper approvals in alignment with company policies.
• Manage invoice workflows and perform 3-way matching for purchase orders and receipts.
• Process payment runs (ACH and Wire Transfers) in Coupa twice a week.
• Perform vendor statement reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Partner with Procurement to facilitate vendor onboarding, including conducting vendor verification calls.
• Monitor the AP inbox and respond to internal and external inquiries related to invoices, payments, and purchase orders.
• Assist with month-end close activities, including AP accruals and account reconciliations.
• Identify and support opportunities for process improvements and automation.
• Special projects as assigned.
