We are looking to add a Yourgi Paid Media Specialist to our team!

Location : Fully Remote (U.S.-based & occasional travel)

Reports To : Senior Manager, Social Media

Pay : $66,000- $85,000 / salary

Core Responsibilities :

• Develop and manage full-funnel paid media strategy across platforms (Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, Reddit, TikTok, TV, Billboards, and more)
• Own media planning, buying, budgeting, A / B testing, and optimization
• Analyze campaign performance and provide strategic insights and actionable recommendations
• Track and report ad spend
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure paid assets are optimized for performance and aligned with brand voice
• Partner with influencer, organic social, and lifecycle marketing leads to ensure channel integration and consistent messaging
• Stay on top of platform trends, algorithm changes, and emerging ad tech to keep Yourgi ahead of the curve
• Build and maintain strong vendor / platform relationships (e.g., Meta, Google, TikTok reps)
