LHH is partnering with a leading organization to hire a Dealer Development & Contracts Specialist. This role supports Regional and National leadership on contract administration, compliance, and dealer development initiatives. This role is located in Marietta, GA.

Responsibilities

• Manage Dealer Action Packages from initiation to approval.
• Oversee Sales & Service Agreement amendments, ownership transfers, management changes, and relocations.
• Draft and maintain legal and contractual documentation for dealer, franchise, and vendor actions.
• Ensure compliance with state-specific ownership and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate dealer records in SAP and liaise with National leadership.
