Summary Operating Title Public Health and Safety Laboratory Technician Long Classification Title Laboratory Technician Campus Location Keene Department KSC Public Health Summary of Position Keene State College invites applications for a Public Health and Safety Laboratory Technician to work cooperatively with faculty and staff to prepare and setup laboratory experiences for Public Health, Safety, and other departments in the school as needed.
This is a 81%-time benefited position, 37.5 hours / week, with appointment dates that run concurrently with the academic year (August to May).

- Associate’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, or related area.
- One to three years related experience and / or training.
- Demonstrated communication skills.
- Proven organizational skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with students, faculty, and staff.
Additional Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and / or experience from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved.
