Your Responsibilities:
Supervise and guide RBTs/Therapists in implementing treatment plans
Conduct client interviews and prepare individualized treatment reports
Design and oversee skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs
Conduct quarterly competency assessments
Review and analyze behavior and skill acquisition data through Central Reach
