Senior Analyst, Marketing Planning and Strategy

Position Summary

This role will deliver exceptional client service across all VIZIO Smart TV streaming partners such as Disney+, Netflix, Prime Video and Apple TV, as well as free channels such as AMC, Hallmark and A+E. You will be responsible for creative review, quality control, managing inbound asset submissions & outbound to / from content partners, as well as routing marketing tactics to content partners for feedback & approvals. This role will be the internal subject matter expert & resource for VIZIO specifications & guidelines, VIZIO's SharePoint asset database, available assets, and external partner asset portals. The ideal candidate will be highly organized navigating a high volume of assets, thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and possess a clear and efficient communication style. The position will be onsite out of our Irvine HQ.

What You'll Do

• Manage inbound asset deliveries and programming calendars from 400+ content partners using AirTable and SharePoint.
• Oversee quality control, organization, and archiving of creative assets for marketing campaigns across digital and retail channels.
• Support daily and seasonal marketing requests, ensuring timely delivery of assets for on-device, email, social, and web campaigns.
• Communicate directly with partners to request, review, and revise creative assets.
• Drive process improvements in asset management and project workflows.
