Information Coordinator
Here at Fairview, we are now looking for an Information Coordinator to work in our Imaging Department with a home base at St John's Hospital in Maplewood, MN! This is a .6 FTE (48 hours per 2 weeks) position that will float between St John's Hospital, Woodwinds Hospital and the Maplewood Imaging Center on the day / evening shift, Monday through Friday with rotating weekends. Information Coordinator provides expert support services including scheduling, registration, point of service collections, administrative services, managing clinical records, customer service, and support for collaborative care team initiatives.

Demonstrates the ability to perform multiple, simultaneous tasks
Maintains knowledge of, and complies with, all relevant laws, regulations, policies, procedures, and standards.
Ability to work at multiple locations
Required Qualifications :
2-year degree or combination of education and / or experience equivalent to 2 years
Preferred Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree
3 years customer facing experience in a health care related field.
Electronic Medical Record experience
Scheduling and registration experience
