We are seeking a Director of Marketing, reporting directly to the CEO, to define, lead, and execute marketing strategy as a player-coach. In this role, you'll be responsible for the entire marketing function. You will build a demand generation engine and partner closely with leadership, business development, and product teams to drive go-to-market initiatives. This is a hands-on leadership role : you'll set the strategy while rolling up your sleeves to execute campaigns and build scalable systems that drive measurable growth.

What You'll Do :

• Define, lead, and execute Tagup's marketing strategy focused on driving demand and increasing visibility for the company
• Build and mentor a high-performing marketing function, managing internal team members, contractors, and agencies
• Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation programs including account-based marketing (ABM), digital campaigns, events, and thought leadership
• Partner with BD and Product teams to ensure alignment across pipeline generation, campaigns, and customer messaging
• Develop content and brand assets that amplify Tagup's voice across defense, dual-use, and AI communities
• Define, track, and optimize marketing performance metrics, delivering clear visibility into ROI and pipeline contribution
• Represent marketing in leadership discussions, shaping company-wide strategy and decision-making

What We're Looking For :

The estimated salary range for this position is between $150,000 and $200,000 annually.
