Lead Setter / Outside Marketing

Job Title : Lead Setter / Outside Marketing Job Overview : As a Lead Setter / Outside Marketing representative, you will play a crucial role in promoting Re-Bath’s bathroom remodel services by engaging with potential customers in various retail locations, lead events, expos, and trade shows.

You will be responsible for setting up leads tables, showcasing video content, samples, and other visuals to educate customers about our services.

Your primary objective will be to generate leads, and you will be incentivized with bonuses based on the number of leads you generate.

This position offers hourly pay along with bonuses, and full benefits are provided after a 60-day probationary period. Key Responsibilities : Lead Generation : Visit assigned retail locations, typically 1-3 stores per day, and set up leads tables to engage with potential customers.

Actively promote our bathroom remodel services and generate leads through effective communication and presentation of materials.

Event Participation : Attend lead events hosted by retail stores to interact with customers, provide information about our services, and generate leads.

Additionally, represent the company at expos and trade shows, attending 5-10 events annually, to expand our reach and acquire new leads.

Customer Education : Utilize video content, samples, brochures, and other visuals to educate customers about our bathroom remodel offerings.

Answer inquiries, address concerns, and provide detailed information to facilitate customer understanding and interest. Relationship Building : Establish and maintain positive relationships with retail store staff and event organizers to ensure ongoing cooperation and support for lead generation activities.

Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate marketing efforts and optimize lead generation strategies. Reporting : Keep detailed records of leads generated, customer interactions, and event participation.

Provide regular reports and updates to management on lead generation activities, performance metrics, and opportunities for improvement.

Leads Input : Properly inputting leads into the system and keeping track of your progress and goals that are set for you.

Qualifications : Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service roles preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and build rapport.

Self-motivated and proactive approach to lead generation, with a results-oriented mindset. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet targets and deadlines.

Willingness to travel to assigned retail locations, events, expos, and trade shows as required. High school diploma or equivalent;

additional education or training in sales or marketing is a plus. Benefits : Hourly pay plus bonuses based on lead generation performance.
