About the Department / Team :

You'll be joining Invesco's dedicated proxy voting and stewardship team within the Investments division. This team plays a critical role in shaping Invesco's approach to investment stewardship, working closely with Proxy Voting & Governance, Investment Teams, Legal, Compliance, and Sustainable Investments to ensure our proxy voting activities reflect our values and fiduciary responsibilities.

About the Role :

As an Investment Stewardship Junior Analyst, you will support day-to-day proxy voting activities, including proposal research, vote recommendations aligned with Invesco's Global Proxy Policy, and collaboration with other analysts. This is a unique opportunity to gain insight into investment management and stewardship while contributing to a growing and collaborative team.

The salary range for this position in Downers Grove is $85,000 - $92,000 / year. The total compensation offered for this position includes salary and incentive pay and will vary based on skills, experience and location.
