Position Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Project Director or Project Executive to provide executive-level oversight and leadership on education and multifamily housing projects. This role requires a strategic thinker and people leader who embodies values of transparency, teamwork, respect, and quality, while driving project excellence and organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide executive oversight on multiple projects, ensuring delivery excellence and client satisfaction
• Lead and mentor project management teams and field leadership
• Manage client relationships and support business development efforts
• Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and operational standards
• Develop and implement project execution strategies
• Partner with preconstruction and estimating teams to support pursuits and strategic growth initiatives
