Job Summary :

The Raymarine Commercial Sales Executive’s primary responsibilities include establishing and managing all aspects of both thermal camera and Raymarine IMO equipment sales within the assigned territory.

This includes building relationships at OEM boat builders, IMO Servicing dealers, driving demand for Raymarine products, sales analysis, communications, presentation of sales / marketing information, and ultimately growing revenue that is directly associated with assigned retailers and boat dealers.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities :

  • Maintains a high level of direct contact and interaction with IMO builders and dealer accounts to fully understand and satisfy their needs and proactively grow their business
  • May include technical installation and training support
  • Maintains successful long-term client relationships and acts as primary customer contact
  • Spearheads resolution of most client issues
  • Accomplished in entire selling process and exhibits negotiating skills
  • Responsible for coordinating and leading on-site customer meetings and visits
  • Contributes to OEM strategy as it pertains to boat dealer penetration
  • Plans and conducts retailer / dealer sales training and information planning sessions, and ties into client’s key initiatives
  • Perform such other duties from time to time as may be required by the company’s senior management

Job Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3-5 years experience in industry sales experience
  • Excellent computer skills in Microsoft package for windows environment
  • Self-Motivated
  • Must have excellent communication skills, professional presence, and proven track record of establishing and maintaining customer relationships
  • Excellent organizational skills & attention to detail
  • Ability to multi task & work under pressure
  • Must maintain confidentiality at all times on applicable matters
  • Physical ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time
  • Willingness to travel 50%

Preferred Skills :

Light Commercial Marine Industry including technical experience a plus

Applicants must be either a U.S. citizen, U.S. national, legal permanent resident, asylee, refugee or must be eligible to apply for and obtain the appropriate export control license from the U.

S. Departments of State or Commerce.

Salary Range :

$159,600.00-$213,255.000

The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate. Actual compensation for successful candidates is carefully determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, location, education / training, work experience, key skills, and type of position.
