Architect (Tigard)

Pacific Realty Associates, L.P. (PacTrust) is seeking a design professional in an architectural related industry to provide in-house Design Development, Construction Documents, and Contract Administration primarily for tenant improvement work.As one of the Pacific Northwest's largest real estate developers and investment property owners, PacTrust has been a trusted name in commercial real estate for over 50 years.PacTrust owns approximately 14 million square feet of office; industrial; flex; and retail properties. While a large percentage of the properties are in Oregon & Washington, we also have an asset base in California, Texas, and Maryland.

Responsibilities

• Development of design, production of construction documents and specifications for tenant improvement projects within existing portfolio of assets.
• Assist, establish and coordinate programming with the tenant, outside consultants and in-house disciplines by performing work that requires independent judgment, evaluation, selection and modification to existing and evolving tenant improvement standards within a diverse portfolio.
