Century North Hillsborough is seeking an experienced Office Coordinator for our New Tampa office.
Job Responsibilities
Administrative
- Manage Onboarding and Records updating processes for staff.
- Manage core administrative office duties and functions.
- Play an essential role in ongoing quality assurance initiatives.
- Participate in recruiting and hiring functions.
- Update and monitor Alora platform to ensure that records are stored correctly to reflect correct and appropriate number of care visits as requested.
Also ensure that Alora records are current and correct to be submitted for billing purposes.
Coordination of services
- Build a rapport with customers and addressing their needs and concerns in a prompt and effective manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service to employees, patients, clients, and vendors.
- Monitor all care provider processes to ensure home care processes are being provided in accordance with appropriate standards and regulations.
Requirements
Candidate must be very detail-oriented, highly organized, and thorough with good execution and communication skills. Must be able to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Compassion is a requirement. Training on systems and platforms will be provided.
- Microsoft excel experience : 2 years (Required)
- Office experience : 1 year (Required)
- Administrative experience : 1 year (Required)
- Prior healthcare industry experience Preferred
Education :
Associates degree Required (Bachelors degree Preferred)
