Job description
A company is looking for a Program Management / Payroll Accountant.
Key Responsibilities
Manage global payroll month-end activities, including journal entries and reconciliations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance payroll processes and support business needs
Lead payroll accounting initiatives and assist in audits by preparing necessary documentation
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in Payroll accounting, GL accounting, or a related area
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent practical experience
Proficiency in large ERP systems (Oracle Fusion, Workday)
Advanced Excel skills with experience in data analysis
Preferred experience in program or project management functions
