Payroll Processing Associate

Pay Rate / Range : $18.80

Hours : 7 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 30 p.m.

Location : Columbus, OH

Duration : 6 months

Key Responsibilities

• Process manual check requests using
• payroll systems and internal platforms.
• Maintain confidentiality when working with sensitive payroll data.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external contacts regarding payroll issues.
• Review and analyze payroll-related statements from management to resolve discrepancies.
• Perform data entry using MS Excel, Access, and internal web-based applications.
• Utilize 10-key calculator and keyboarding skills to complete tasks with speed and accuracy.
• Support payroll operations for both non-union and union wage plans (training provided).
• Adapt to varying schedules, including weekends, holidays, and overtime, as required.
• Work efficiently in a high-volume, time-sensitive environment.
