Responsibilities

• Partner with the Portfolio Leadership Team to unblock / guide program teams' delivery.
• Ability to manage the breadth and depth of the program portfolio.
• Identify and / or simplify program level processes enabling the org to operate smoothly.
• Demonstrate strong executive level communications skills driving transparency across program portfolio to Senior Leadership.
• Quickly come up to speed and scale the payments portfolio and deliverables independently.
• Understand the technology landscape and connect the dots across various programs within the portfolio to simplify the 'why / what / how'.
• Effectively identify and manage dependencies across the program.
• Manage risks, issues, and escalations specific to international market complexities, such as compliance challenges and infrastructure constraints.
