Job descriptionDetail oriented with a strong sense of organizational skills A proactive problem solver who takes initiative Excited to build a career in HR and ready to take ownership of their work Comfortable working independently while being part of a supportive team Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Assist in conducting new hire orientations Serve as a first point of contact for employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures. Updating employee files in Paylocity Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Maintain and update employee records and HRIS data with accuracy and confidentiality. Support performance review processes and employee development initiatives. Assist in driving employee engagement through communications, recognition, and retention programs. Participate in HR projects and initiatives that align with company goals. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. 3–5 years of recruiting experience. Knowledge of employment laws and HR practices, particularly Texas state regulations. PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a plus. Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to build trust at all levels of the organization. Proficient with Google Suite and HRIS systems (Paylocity). Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally. Bilingual (English / Spanish) a plus.
