Reverse Logistics And Supply Optimization Role

This role will focus on reverse logistics, reuse of cloud hardware, and optimizing supply. The individual will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of inventory initiatives across OCI Infrastructure Planning that ensure OCI Infrastructure can meet current and future needs. A successful leader in this role will develop strong partnerships with Demand and Capacity Planning, Hardware Planning, Supply Chain Operations, and Delivery teams to ensure alignment with the business outlook. In this strategic role, you'll work cross-functionally with teams across OCI to develop and execute innovative solutions that drive improvements in Infrastructure operations performance. You'll leverage your strong business acumen, analytical skills, and creative problem-solving abilities to identify and address complex issues within our global network.

This role will be responsible for :

• Work cross functionally and lead the development of key programs designed track, reduce and prevent excess materials
• Develop innovative solutions to unique problems
• Automate and improve the process and methodology
• Manage program execution
• Identify and establish metrics on program effectiveness and impact across Oracle Cloud Infrastructure

The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, is intensely customer-focused, and has a passion for operational excellence. You'll need to be adept at breaking down intricate problems, synthesizing data-driven insights, and crafting clear, measurable implementation plans. Additionally, the ability to effectively communicate your vision and recommendations to senior leadership is essential.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only US : Hiring Range in USD from : $79,100 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
