Our platform, XpertCoding, applies ensemble machine learning and transformer neural networks to automatically assign ICD and CPT codes, improving accuracy, compliance, and revenue cycle efficiency. We work with large-scale clinical data, including EHRs, clinical notes, and claims, to reduce errors and costs while enabling physicians to focus on patient care. As a small, fast-moving team, every engineer directly impacts production systems and customer outcomes.

Role Overview

XpertDox is seeking an experienced and execution-driven Director of Program Management to own and scale program execution across the organization. This role will be responsible for end-to-end program governance, operational excellence, and cross-functional alignment, ensuring that all initiatives—especially ticket-driven delivery work—are executed with speed, quality, and accountability. This leader will define processes, standards, and metrics, manage program managers / coordinators, and act as the single point of truth for execution health across XpertDox. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, capable of driving outcomes in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.

Key Responsibilities

Program Execution & Client Onboarding Leadership

• Own and manage the full onboarding lifecycle, from kickoff through validation, go-live, and scale-up.
• Drive smooth, timely go-lives by identifying risks and resolving blockers before they impact delivery.
• Lead post–go-live execution to support scaling, stabilization, and continuous improvement.
