Job Summary

This is an Operations Analyst II position in the General Tax Administration Program, Account Management Process, Account Creation Unit. The incumbent researches and evaluates tax documents and information submitted for registration purposes, and communicates with taxpayers and their representatives, service centers, and other agency personnel. The incumbent also performs quality assurance reviews of registration applications, completes account maintenance tasks, and reviews forms processed within Account Management.

Minimum Requirements

• Currently employed with the Florida Department of Revenue.
• One year of experience processing DR-1 applications.
• One year of experience communicating with taxpayers via phone or correspondence.

Special Notes

The required work hours for this position are Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m. Mandatory overtime hours may occur during peak periods which may include weekends.

Salary

The hiring salary for this position generally will not exceed $3,821.06 monthly / $45,852.76 annually.
